Jabu was a tall,proudly,outspoken sales lady, as beautful as one of American models of early nineties. They use to call her Naomi. She seemed to relish that though she use to conceal her feelings about it. Thabo met her at  nurses home while she was on her mission trying to sell her product. Thabo fell  deeply in love with her at the first site. He could not  take off his eye from her . He would be lying if he could say he understood even a word of what she was saying  about the product . He  just filled all the required membership application forms  she wanted him to fill. Jabu was happy with this new client who didn't give her any tussle  interms of persuasion.

Thabo finally got a chance to tell her what was bothering him. After a second spell, Jabu agreed to be his girl as long as they would keep it secretly as she had a long term,official and well educated partner. Thabo was over the moon. Though he had a string of girlfriends ,he had never had one as beatiful as Jabu.

They started quite well visting  every nicest places  in town lovers used to visit  at their own spare time . They used to be seenin  places like shopping mauls.parks,cinema etc. Thabo started to be absent from work especially during the weekends because Jabu wanted him to do so.

She started to show her true colours . She made unrealistic demands.  She asked Thabo to pay all of her bills including phone bills, rent, clothing and  home support. Despite of this rocky romance as people viewed  it  , there was no intimate relationship. Jabu had never visited Thabo in his domicile and his pals started to question that. They started to call him a sponsor or curtain raiser for other  bloke. Thabo was then fed up of this so  he decided to know the reason behind that as she refused even when he suggested, he was going to book a taxi that would transport her to and  from nurses home where he lived  . Jabu asked him to wait but Thabo was not prepared to do so.  Jabu said they had to stop it as he was tired of him begging for one thing. They seperated later that year. Thabo blamed himself for what he had done. He thought he was reason for that seperation.

He cried and cried all  night. In the morning he didn't show up for  work claiming he was very ill . He then went to one of the Nigerian doctors who was also  an artist who use to draw unbelievable  images. He  was also manufacturing pretty, romantically written cards.  He ask him to to make the card that would lure Jabu   back to him . It read thus 'ESPECIALLY FOR YOU JABU. MY HEART IS ALWAYS IN YOU.I LOVE YOU MORE THAN WORD CAN SAY.PLEASE COME BACK BABY I AM NOTHING WITHOUT YOU.

He waited for Jabu to come out of the shop then gave  it to her . She was so happy. She said they would only be an iterm again provided Thabo would be so obedient . He promised there would be no further obstacles that would stand on their way. As I have said Thabo was  deeply  in love with her.

                                               Part2

Jabu went on with that old habit of demanding endless support from Thabo. One day Thabo thought she had changed when he saw her  coming straight to his room  .  Jabu was wearing very immaculately. Friends outside were whistling congratulating Thabo who had finally tamed the that arrogant queen. Jabu just came in, greated him  and said she was just passing by. She watched the pictures on  the wall then went on to ask  for R400 support from Thabo . He was very disappointed with that . He gave signed her a  check hoping she would change her mind. He  asked her to stay she said she was a in hurry maybe  next week . She left. The guys outside started giggling  when they saw begging her even outside their  room . Jabu was stopping him from doing that then left him .

He decided that it was better not to have a girlfriend than having such a peackoc . He wanted to leave her though she felt she still liked her very much. He just thought enough was enough. He didn't know how to deliver that bombshell not  untill his friend told him he told  him he was getting married.He didn't want to tell her that reason for separation was her failure to sleep with him. He waited and waited  whrw she use to work but she didn't find her  when he was about to leave he saw her. She looked happy to see him  she even hugged him and said she was missing him . She promised she was coming on the following week but Thabo was a man who used  not to change his plan  no matter  how bad it  was .

He told her it was over .She just said ok.She wanted to know why .He told her .She denied that she was  engaged. After that  bombshell Thabo just left . On the way home  he blamed himself for letting himself  did that silly thing . He was then  without the girl of his dreams. He could not  eat for few days. He wanted to patch up things with Jabu but  he did not want to come back to her bagging.

Being coupled with his friend he went  to the shop where Jabu was working. On their arrival they went straight to her. He wanted some running shoes that would cost him a fortune but he wanted to display his swollen pocket  to her sothat she could  come back . It did not happen as he had wished the girl just showed him what he was looking for and recommended some as  she knew his character. He bought them unwillingly.When coming out something nice happened, Jabu wanted to speak to him so he gave his friend those boots then stood aside waiting for Jabu who was still serving  other customer. She finished and went straight to him and asked who had told her those lies he didn,t  want to say who it was . She suspected his friend as he was the she had spoken too about  that . She said she was just joking  as she was fitting some wedding dresses it was not for real . Thabo saw his blunder but comforted himself by thinking he had been tired of her.

They discussed it.  Then came to the conclusion that it would be better if the would give it another chance.

                                                     Part 3

Again she had been  to other people' rooms  but didn't  vist him, even to say Hi. The same story happened again Thabo could not wait for onother disappointment  . He decided to aproach her again and end it . This time she accepted it then she said she did not want anything from him any  more .Thabo came back again to apologize  the girl said no. Thabo cried and cried but there was no way back this time as she was adamant there was no need for that kind of love.  She decided to leave the place altogether so that they would not see each  infuture.

Thabo finished his trainning and started a job some where else. He wanted her badly because she was so beautiful. He really loved  her but he didn't get her traces . He gave up hope that they would ever see each other but he was still convinced she was going to come back  to him if he persuaded her .Three years later he received a call  from her .He was really shocked. She sounded  more matured  and responsible. She didn't  say why she phoned  .Thabo as a young  mn he knew what could mean if a girl that you were deeply in love with then got seperated, she phone you back with no apperant reason. He   started the story again and promised her it was gonna be for the real that time. Jabu agreed. Surprise surprise Jabu just stormed in wthout saying she would.

She visited him they spent the night together  with no problems at all.  This time Jabu didn,t  have problem to beded for the first time in   their affair . Thabo felt very proud that h had finally broke the duck. She went back  to Jo-bourg where she was then working as sales lady in one of big shops .  Two months din't lapse Jabu visited again to be surprised with a shower of gift which included a  very epensive phone she had never dream off. They spent the night like they had done before.  Thabo was puzzled by that new behavior of Jabu who didn't  want him to use condom claiming it was hurting her. Though Thabo wasgood and loving man he was vey sturbon did want yto be dominated he refused to use remove it. Jabu kept on visit and request him not to use  it. One day he promised her on the phone that he was not going to use it Jabu didn't  arrive this time. He waited and waited no reply . He decided to go fetch her in Joburg . Luckly ggg he got her trace ealier to the flat whre she  had said she lived in . On his arrival he was told that jabu was in hospital.

Coming in to hospital he discovered   that she had just  given a birth to the baby boy.
